OJ Neighbours Elementary will be hosting an immunization clicic on November 13th from 5:00pm - 7:00pm. Although walk-ins will be welcomed, they would like you to follow the registration link below to register ahead of time. They would also like patients to bring an updated immunization card
Patients without health insurance will receive their immunizations at no charge (aside from the shingles vaccine)! For those with insurance, all insurance carriers will be accepted and billed at the clinic. Typically the only immunization that would require a co-pay is the shingles vaccine. This clinic is possible with coordination with the Indiana Immunization Coalition. We would like to thank all of those involved for this wonderful community resource.
