Early College High School: A Unique Advantage

Wabash High School stands apart as a certified Early College High School, offering students a valuable opportunity to earn college credit during their high school journey. While other schools often rely on online programs for college courses, Wabash has a more personal approach—our own highly credentialed teachers provide in-person, college-level instruction right in our building.

The impact of this program is transformative. In the Class of 2024, 23% of graduates had already completed their first year of college coursework while still in high school, and three remarkable students earned their associate degrees. This personalized and robust program gives Wabash students a significant advantage, allowing them to save time, money, and make seamless transitions to higher education or career pathways.

Our achievements are the result of teamwork, dedication, and longterm planning. High school counselors, teachers, and administrators collaborate tirelessly to provide personalized graduation plans, a wide array of dual-credit opportunities, and one-on-one support. At Wabash City Schools, every student—whether in traditional or alternative learning settings—receives the attention and resources they need to succeed. Congratulations to our students, families, and staff for making Wabash City Schools a symbol of excellence and a leader in education!
