Does your student need to get caught up on their immunizations? Join us on July 31st at OJ Neighbours Elementary for an immunization clinic.
This clinic is free! They ask that you bring your insurance card if you have insurance, but you will not be billed for anything not covered by your insurance. Those without insurance will not be billed either.
Although walk-ins are welcome, they ask that you follow the instructions below to register and bring any immunization record you have for your student(s). All available details, as well as Spanish translation can be found on the attached flyer below.
